About ZipNDry

Born at the Rink. Built for Every Hockey Family.

ZipNDry started with one Canadian hockey dad who was sick of wet gear, smelly bags, and equipment spread all over the house after every practice. He couldn't find a real solution — so he built one.

Our Origin Story

How one Canadian hockey parent turned a universal frustration into the best gear dryer ever made

ZipNDry was born from one really specific, really disgusting frustration: wet hockey gear that never fully dried. Scott Pillon, a hockey dad from Ontario, was loading his kid's soaking equipment back into a bag after practice — for the hundredth time that season — when he had enough.

Drying racks didn't work. Leaving the bag open overnight didn't work. Spreading gear across the basement didn't work. Everything was a band-aid. Scott wanted something that actually dried the gear — inside the bag — without anyone having to touch a single pad.

After months of prototyping and testing, ZipNDry was born. Proudly designed and manufactured in Canada. Built specifically for the hockey parent who has been dealing with this problem for years and finally has a real solution.

The Problem

Wet gear. Every. Single. Practice.

No-Hassle Design

Fast. Every Time.

Gear dries in 4–6 hours. Not 24. Not 48. Not "eventually." Hockey families live on tight schedules — ZipNDry respects that.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide everything we do at ZipNDry

Solve Real Problems

Wet hockey gear is a real, disgusting, universal problem. We built ZipNDry because no existing product actually solved it properly.

No-Nonsense Design

ZipNDry does one thing and does it better than anything else: dries your gear inside the bag. No gimmicks. No complications.

Built Tough

Hockey families are rough on equipment. ZipNDry is built with the same mentality — to last a full season and then some.

Community Focused

The team fundraiser program exists because we want to give back to the hockey community that inspired this product.

For Every Sport

Hockey was the inspiration, but lacrosse, football, and ringette families need this just as badly. We built it for everyone with a gear bag.

Honest & Direct

No marketing BS. ZipNDry dries gear in 4–6 hours inside the bag. That's it. That's the pitch. Because it works.
